CASE STUDIES

The Company: An AmLaw 200 Law Firm
The Service: Web consulting

During the summer of 2012, an AmLaw 200 firm was hard at work on their new website. Despite their best efforts, it just wasn’t coming together, and they were stuck. The marketing director knew it. So did the Web development company. Enter One to One Interactive.

We looked. We listened. And then we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. With a new set of eyes and some law firm website best practices applied carefully, we helped get this firm’s new site launched by Thanksgiving.

Working very closely with the marketing director and her team, which included the firm’s chief technology officer, and liaising with the Web development company, One to One:

  • Unified the look-and-feel of the site by creating a balanced and more sophisticated design.
  • Organized the information on the lawyers’ bio pages for better usability.
  • Identified key data fields that were missed in the initial data migration.
  • Advised internal staff on best practices for improved workflow, and
  • Offered solid strategic advice and tactics, ensuring a better Web experience for the firm’s prospects, clients, recruits, and media.

The Companies: Several class action and mass tort settlement administration firms
The Services: Large volume email notifications and digital advertising for legal settlements

With rising mailing costs and nearly 12% of Americans moving each year, the courts have turned away from traditional mailings and now look to digital methods to notify class members about legal settlements.

Since 2010, One to One has worked closely with several class action administration firms and their clients (typically counsel) to communicate to millions of people through online advertising, social media campaigns and large volume email notifications. We’ve successfully researched, designed, developed, and placed targeted campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and the digital issues of general interest and news publications.

We follow CAN-SPAM rules and provide clients real-time reporting and above-average deliverability with our email notifications. Our largest project to date was sent to 13.1million consumers of a well-known tax accounting software program.

The Company: Beaufort Family Dentistry / Bluffton Center for Dentistry
The Services: Marketing and advertising

What started as a simple request for a new website…

Four years and a couple hundred assignments later, it’s amazing how much we have done to help grow this medical practice. But before implementing the first marketing campaign, we took great care to understand their market.

You name it. We’ve done it.
We’ve produced dozens of newspaper and magazine ads, several radio campaigns and launched two websites. Oh, and we’ve written advertorials, directed photo shoots and managed their online presence, which includes Facebook, banner ads on regional newspaper websites, and SEO.

Just say no.
We’re adamant that our client is properly positioned, and all marketing materials are on brand and match the intended audience. So when an ad sales rep suggested we should add pics of baby chicks and rabbits in our upcoming ad during Easter, we couldn’t let that happen.

We’re obsessed, but in a good way.
Our team oversees (and admittedly obsesses) over the details. Whether it’s a hyper-targeted media buy or insisting on the tiniest decision to ensure brand consistency, that’s One to One. In fact, folks in South Carolina tell us that our advertising and marketing feels more ‘big city’ than what they’re used to seeing produced in the Lowcountry.

… We think that’s a compliment.
